LTD Pizza is a gourmet pizzeria and slice shop serving elevated slices, small plates, and select entrees straight from a 900-degree oven. While pizza takes center stage with creative add-ons and bold combinations, the menu also features modern culinary favorites beyond the classics. Pair your meal with craft beers or a sommelier-curated wine selection, all enjoyed in a stylish space perfect for intimate nights, private events, or casual gatherings.

THE FOUNDERS

John Villa

John Villa is a 25-year hospitality veteran, accomplished chef, and entrepreneur who has built and led successful global brands. His first restaurant earned a prestigious 3-star review from The New York Times and was named Restaurant of the Year. He later served over 15 years as President of Culinary at Tao Group, overseeing 29 kitchens and 3,000 employees. As President of Philippe Chow, he revitalized the brand, boosting revenue by 15%.

Michael D'armi

Michael D'Armi is a chef with over 20 years of experience, inspired early and trained under Georges Perrier at Le Bec-Fin. He later worked in New York at LAVO and served as Executive Chef at AVRA Madison. He helped expand AVRA globally, built a private catering clientele, and has also served as personal chef to Aaron Judge.

Dennis Arakelian

Dennis Arakelian is a hospitality professional with 15+ years of experience across operations, marketing, and leadership. With a background in business and science, he’s also a certified sommelier and food design specialist. He has worked with top brands like Tao Group Hospitality, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Dream Hotels, and consulted for major events including Ultra Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, and Coachella.
